The Wolf of Wall Street is essentially a string of sex scenes intercut with a few crimes and Matthew McConagheying, but it was far from sexy behind the scenes. For one scene, which required a dog to interrupt Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie by biting at his feet, the crew covered his toes in chicken liver to get the dog to, uh, perform. You’d think any injuries incurred during the filming of 50 Shades of Grey would be more of the “lashing with whips” variety, but Dakota Johnson got actual whiplash. “Jamie (Dornan) was throwing me on a bed,” she said. “We did 17 takes, so my head just snapped back all day, and when I woke up, I couldn’t move my neck. Me and Daisy (Edgar-Jones) started hysterically laughing, but the crew and director all thought that one of us had farted and really were trying to preserve our dignity.” Who thinks Paul Mescal definitely just farted?
